LovePicker Lifetime Love Warranty

At LovePicker, every rose is carefully crafted to be cherished for a lifetime, bringing you joy daily for many years. This page explains our Limited Lifetime Love Warranty for roses, limited warranties for other items, what is not covered, and how to submit a claim.

1. Lifetime Warranty – Gold-Dipped Roses

LovePicker offers a Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty on all 24K gold-dipped roses purchased directly from us.

This warranty covers manufacturer defects under normal display use, including:

  • Peeling, flaking, or separation of lacquer or precious metal

  • Structural defects in the rose stem or petals that are not caused by impact or misuse

If a covered defect is confirmed, LovePicker will replace it with the same or a comparable rose if the original style or color is no longer available.

Because every rose is natural and hand-finished, an identical replacement cannot be guaranteed. Color tone, veining, and finish may vary.


2. Warranty Periods for Other LovePicker Products

The lifetime warranty applies only to roses. Other products come with time-limited warranties:

  • Display boxes (leather, wood): 180 days from delivery

  • Gold Dipped Vases: 365 days from delivery

  • Care cloths and cleaning cloths: 180 days from delivery

  • Other accessories not listed above: covered only for defects noted within 30 days, unless otherwise specified on the product page

These warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use only, not accidental damage or wear and tear.


3. Engraving, Personalization & Custom Pieces

  • LovePicker does not engrave directly on roses. Personalization is provided on boxes, plaques, cards, or accessories.

  • If a personalized box, plaque, or card arrives with a manufacturing defect (for example, damaged hardware, misaligned plaque, broken hinge), you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the defective box or hardware at our discretion.

  • Engraving and personalization are not redone for warranty replacements except where the defect is in the engraving itself and reported within 48 hours. In most warranty situations, replacements are provided without new engraving and without additional compensation.

Personalized and custom pieces are final sale due to change-of-mind reasons and are covered only for confirmed manufacturing defects (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).


4. What Is Not Covered – Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty is limited to manufacturing defects. It does not cover:

Normal wear and environment

  • Tarnishing, natural patina, minor dulling or changes in shine over time

  • Dust, dirt, fingerprints, or buildup from everyday display

  • Fading or color changes from light exposure, humidity, or room conditions

Damage from use, handling, or storage

  • Dropping, banging, crushing, bending, or other physical impact

  • Damage from improper display or mounting (for example, unstable shelves or stands)

  • Scratches, chips, dents, or scuffs from contact with other objects

  • Damage caused by pets, children, or accidents

Exposure to heat, liquids, or chemicals

  • Defects arising from exposure to heat sources, direct sunlight, water, or outdoor elements

  • Corrosion, discoloration, or surface abrasion from perfumes, cleaning sprays, oils, alcohol, or other chemicals

  • Damage from using non-LovePicker cleaning products, polishes, or solvents

Domes, covers, and shipping damage

  • Breakage of glass displays or acrylic interior is reported more than 7 days after delivery

  • Shipping damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of the item and its original packaging.

Modifications and unauthorized repairs

  • Repair, service, alteration, or engraving performed by anyone other than LovePicker or an authorized partner

  • Any modification that changes the structure, coating, or finish of the rose, box, or vase

Other exclusions

  • Loss or theft of any product

  • Cosmetic imperfections that are part of the natural rose (slight asymmetry, visible veins, minor surface variation)

  • Damage or loss caused by not addressing a visible issue in a timely manner

Our warranty does not include reimbursement for inbound or outbound shipping charges, accessories, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


5. Shipping & Processing Fees for Warranty Claims

The warranty covers craftsmanship only. Shipping and handling are not included.

For U.S. customers

  • You are responsible for shipping the item to us, securely packaged and insured. If required for inspection. 

  • A flat processing & return shipping fee of USD $15 per item will be collected before we send your repaired or replacement item back. 

For international customers

  • You are responsible for shipping the item to us. If required for inspection. 

  • We will provide a shipping quote for returning your repaired or replacement item; this must be paid before we ship it back.

We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us for inspection or repair. Please use a tracked, insured shipping service.


6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

You do not need to register your rose to receive the Lifetime Love Warranty. Registration is optional and only makes it easier for us to find your order.

If you received your rose as a gift:
We know our roses are often gifted by partners, friends, coworkers, teams, or companies – to bosses, female CEOs, loved ones, and other important people in their lives.
Because the warranty is tied to the original purchase, please try not to lose the details from the person who bought it for you. If possible, keep:

  • A copy or screenshot of the order confirmation they send you, or

  • Their name and email address used for the order

This helps us quickly locate the original order if you ever need to make a warranty claim.

You’re also welcome to optionally register your rose (for example, via a QR code insert) using your contact details and, if you have it, the order number or buyer’s email. This does not change your coverage – it simply makes support faster and easier if something happens in the future.

To submit a claim, please:

  1. Text us at +13235315683 with:

    • Your full name

    • Order number or proof of purchase (or the buyer’s name/email if it was a gift)

    • Clear photos or a short video of the issue

    • A brief description of how the item is displayed or used

  2. Our team will review your request and let you know whether the issue appears to fall within warranty coverage.

  3. If eligible, we will provide return instructions (if needed) and confirm any applicable processing/shipping fee.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item (if required), we will determine if it is:

    • A covered manufacturing defect, or

    • Damage outside the scope of this warranty

If covered, we will replace the item and return it to you after the processing/shipping fee is paid. If the issue is not covered, we will notify you and may offer paid repair/replacement options when possible.

The Lifetime Love Warranty applies to the originally purchased rose only. Once a rose has been replaced in full under this warranty, the warranty for that specific rose is considered fulfilled.


7. Proof of Purchase

All warranty and replacement requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as:

  • Your LovePicker order confirmation email, or

  • The order page from your LovePicker account

If you received your rose as a gift, proof of purchase can include:

  • A forwarded order confirmation email from the person who purchased it, or

  • Their name and email address are used at checkout so we can search for the order in our system

If you cannot find your order number, contact us with:

  • Your name

  • The buyer’s name (if it was a gift)

  • Email address(es) that may have been used

We will do our best to locate the order. Please note that bank or credit card statements alone are not sufficient proof of purchase.


8. Returns, Exchanges & Guarantees

This Lifetime Warranty covers craftsmanship issues only.
