Overview

  We are committed to delivering your beautiful rose-gold and gold roses safely and     efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, and costs.


Processing Time

Standard Items

  • In-stock items: Same business day if order placed before 12 PM PST
  • Custom/personalized items: 1 business day
  • Pre-order items: 15-180 days. Read the estimated shipping date in the description of the item

Business Days

Processing time is calculated in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the following business day.


Shipping Methods 

  • Shipping options and rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and package details.
  • If a faster shipping option is available for a similar price, we may upgrade your courier at no extra cost — you don’t pay more, we just make it faster!
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier operations.
  • Economy or postal shipping options are selected at the customer's own risk in exchange for lower shipping costs.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method
  • Insurance value for orders over $100

Order Tracking

Tracking Information
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

  • Track your package using the provided tracking number in your email 
  • Delivery confirmation is available for all shipments

Packaging

Delivery Information

Address Requirements

  • Provide complete and accurate shipping addresses
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses
  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order

Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers typically make 3 delivery attempts
  • Packages may be held at the local facility if delivery cannot be completed
  • Additional fees may apply for redelivery or package holding

Signature Requirements

  • Orders over $250 require an adult signature for delivery
  • Signature requirements help protect against theft
  • Alternative delivery instructions can be provided

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address that can receive packages at the time of delivery. This includes the correct recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, country, and any additional information required by the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable addresses, including locations that cannot receive packages, restricted buildings, closed businesses, or recipient unavailability.
Once an order has been shipped, address changes are not guaranteed.


Special Shipping Situations

PO Boxes

  • We can ship to PO Boxes using the USPS shipping method only
  • Express and overnight shipping are not available to P.O. boxes
  • Large items may not fit in standard PO Boxes

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

  • We ship to military addresses using USPS Priority Mail
  • Delivery times may be extended for military addresses
  • Additional restrictions may apply to certain destinations

Remote Areas

  • Additional shipping time may be required for remote locations
  • Rural delivery fees may apply in some cases

International Shipping Details

International Shipping

Standard Int. - Delivery: 7-14 business days; Cost calculated at checkout.

Express Int. - Delivery: 3-7 business days. Cost calculated at checkout.

Customs and Duties

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes
  • We will declare accurate values and descriptions for customs
  • Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing

Restricted Countries

  • We cannot ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions
  • The restricted items list is available upon request
  • Contact us to verify if we can ship to your location

International Shipping Insurance Disclaimer

***For international orders shipped to destinations where shipping insurance is limited, excluded, or not valid—including orders sent to customer-provided custom addresses—LovePicker Inc is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered once accepted by the carrier.

In such cases, LovePicker Inc cannot provide refunds, replacements, or compensation beyond what is covered by the shipping carrier’s insurance policy. Customers are required to submit any claims directly with the shipping carrier, as LovePicker Inc cannot assist with claims when insurance coverage is unavailable, invalid, or denied.

By placing an international order and providing a shipping address, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.


Low-Cost International Shipping

For some international destinations, we may offer low-cost international shipping options, including hybrid or postal delivery services such as ePostal.

These services are provided as the most economical shipping option and may involve multiple postal carriers and international logistics partners rather than a single private courier.

Because of the nature of these services, customers selecting low-cost international shipping agree to the following conditions:

Transit Time & Tracking

Low-cost international shipping may experience longer transit times, customs processing delays, and limited tracking updates.

Tracking updates may pause for extended periods while packages move between international postal networks or while they are being processed by customs authorities.

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are not guaranteed.

Carrier Responsibility

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider and the destination country's postal network.

LovePicker Inc is not responsible for delays caused by customs, international postal services, or local delivery disruptions.

No Delivery Guarantee

Low-cost international shipping services do not include guaranteed delivery timelines, courier liability, or shipment insurance unless specifically stated at checkout.

Because of these limitations:

  • Investigations for delays may not be available

  • Lost shipments may not be recoverable

  • Compensation for delays or loss may not be provided by the carrier

Refund Eligibility

Orders shipped using low-cost international shipping methods are not eligible for refunds or replacements due to shipping delays, extended transit times, or lost shipments once accepted by the carrier.

Customers who require faster delivery, shipment protection, and full carrier liability should select Express courier services such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx at checkout.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers selecting low-cost international shipping are responsible for:

  • Monitoring their shipment tracking information

  • Contacting their local postal service or customs office if necessary

  • Paying any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees

  • Ensuring the shipping address can receive international deliveries

LovePicker Inc is not responsible for notifying customers about customs duties, delivery attempts, or required pickup from local postal facilities.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Insurance Coverage

  • All orders over $100 are automatically insured
  • Insurance is available for lower-value orders upon request
  • File claims within 30 days of the expected delivery date

Missing Packages

  • Contact us immediately if your package appears lost
  • We will investigate with the shipping carrier
  • Replacement or refund provided for confirmed lost packages

Damaged Items

  • Report damaged items within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damaged items and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or a refund for damaged items

Missing Packages & International Shipping Disclaimer

  • For domestic shipments and international shipments where carrier insurance is valid, customers must contact LovePicker Inc immediately if a package appears lost.

    • We will investigate with the shipping carrier.

    • A replacement or refund may be provided only if the loss is confirmed and covered under the carrier’s insurance policy.

  • For international shipments sent to destinations where shipping insurance is limited, excluded, or not valid, LovePicker Inc:

    • Is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered once accepted by the carrier

    • Cannot provide refunds, replacements, or compensation outside of the carrier’s insurance coverage

    • Cannot assist with insurance claims when coverage is unavailable, invalid, or denied

  • Customer Responsibilities:

    • Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address that can receive packages

    • Customers are responsible for understanding insurance limitations for their destination

    • Customers must submit claims directly with the shipping carrier when required

  • By placing an order and providing a shipping address—especially for international or custom-address shipments—the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.


Holiday Shipping

Peak Season

  • Extended processing times during holiday seasons
  • Order early to ensure delivery by specific dates
  • Cutoff dates for holiday delivery will be posted on our website

Holiday Deadlines

  • Christmas delivery deadlines are posted in November
  • Valentine's Day deadlines are posted in January
  • Mother's Day deadlines are posted in April
