🕒 Return Timeframe
- Hustle-Free 111 days: You may return unused items within 111 days of delivery.
- Items must meet the conditions below to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
📦 Shipping Damage Policy
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must:
- Text +1-323-531-5683 with your Order Number immediately

Include PHOTOS (insurance does not accept videos) showing:
- Damaged rose
- Damaged box
- ALL packaging materials
- Without photos item is not eligible for replacement
Timeline for Shipping Damage Claims:

⚠️ CRITICAL: If you want a refund instead of a replacement, you MUST keep all packaging materials. Insurance claims cannot be processed without them.
⚠️ Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Our roses are real, dipped in precious metals (not plastic), and are naturally fragile despite protective packaging.

✅ Eligible Returns
To qualify for our 111-Day Return Window, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition (no scratches, wear, or signs of use)
- In original packaging (when possible)
- Not custom engraved/personalized (unless defective)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom engraved/personalized products (unless defective/damaged upon arrival)
- Items not reported damaged within 72 hours of delivery
- Products altered, used, or showing wear after delivery
- Items where packaging materials were discarded (prevents insurance claim processing)
Cancellation Policy:
If engraving has already begun but the item has not shipped, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, as materials are custom and cannot be repurposed.
📦 Return Shipping & Restocking

- Return shipping is FREE
- No restocking fee

For Unwanted Items (unused condition):
- Customer pays return shipping
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

💳 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

🔄 Exchanges
- Exchanges available for the same (sometimes different, varies case by case) product in a different color, finish, or variant (if in stock).

Price differences must be paid if exchanging for a higher-priced item.
🎁 Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly, you’ll receive a store credit for the return value.

If not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

For certain international destinations, we may offer low-cost international shipping options, such as ePostal or hybrid postal services. These services are provided as the most economical shipping option and are handled by multiple international postal networks rather than private courier companies.
By selecting a low-cost international shipping method at checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- Transit Times & Tracking
Low-cost international shipping services may experience extended transit times, customs processing delays, and limited tracking updates. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are not guaranteed.
Tracking updates may pause for extended periods while shipments move between international postal networks or are processed by customs authorities.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider and destination postal service.
LovePicker is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or disruptions within international postal networks.
- No Carrier Liability
Low-cost international shipping services do not include guaranteed delivery timelines, courier liability, or shipment insurance unless explicitly purchased.
Because of these limitations, we cannot open investigations, guarantee recovery of lost parcels, or claim compensation for delays through these services.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are not provided for delays, extended transit times, or lost shipments when low-cost international shipping methods are selected.
Customers who require faster delivery, shipment protection, and reliable tracking should select a courier shipping service such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx at checkout.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
