Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Los Angeles, California, USA.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose:

  • USA Orders – Standard delivery takes 1–5 business days.
  • International Orders – Usually 5–12 business days, depending on customs clearance.

👉 Depending on your needs, you can choose standard delivery at checkout for regular shipping times, or upgrade to express/priority shipping if you need your gift sooner. Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 12 PM PST (Mon–Fri).

Do you offer same-day or express shipping?

Yes! Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 12 PM PST (Mon–Fri). In most cases (95% of the time), we can still ship the same day, even if you order after 12 PM — just reach out to us at 323-531-5683 to confirm availability. You can also select express shipping at checkout if you need your gift delivered sooner.

Yes! Each LovePicker rose begins as a real natural rose that is carefully preserved and electroplated in 24K gold, silver, platinum, or other finishes. Every rose is unique—no two are ever alike.

How long do LovePicker roses last?

Forever 🌹✨ With proper care, your rose will never wilt or fade. Unlike fresh flowers, these are timeless keepsakes.

Can I order multiple roses or bouquets?

Absolutely. We offer single roses, multi-rose bouquets (3, 5, 7, 9, or 12), and subscription gifts (a new rose each month-coming soon).

What if my rose arrives damaged?

We stand by our 111-Day Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customized/engraved items are final sale unless defective.

Do roses come with a warranty?

Yes! Every rose includes Lifetime Repair or Replacement—we’ll restore or replace it if it ever breaks under normal use.

Can I track my order?

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

If you’d like to add a personalized message, it can be engraved on a custom plate and placed either outside of the box or inside. If you prefer the engraving plaque inside, please make a note at checkout so our team can prepare it as you prefer.
