Every LovePicker gold-dipped rose comes with a Lifetime Love Warranty — most luxury gift brands offer warranties of 30–90 days — LovePicker's is lifetime. If your rose develops a manufacturing defect at any point, we'll replace it. No expiration date. No registration required.

1. Lifetime Warranty — 24K Gold-Dipped Roses
LovePicker's Lifetime Love Warranty covers all 24K gold-dipped roses purchased directly from LovePicker.
What's covered:
- Peeling, flaking, or separation of lacquer or precious metal coating
- Structural defects in the rose stem or petals not caused by impact or misuse
What happens if your claim is approved:
LovePicker will replace the rose with the same style, or a comparable rose if the original is no longer available. Because every rose is natural and hand-finished, color tone, veining, and finish may vary slightly between replacements.

All warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. They do not cover accidental damage or wear and tear.
3. Personalized & Engraved Items
LovePicker does not engrave directly on roses. Personalization appears on boxes, plaques, cards, or accessories.
If a personalized item arrives with a manufacturing defect (broken hinge, misaligned plaque, damaged hardware), you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace the defective component at our discretion.
Important: Personalized and custom pieces are final sale for change-of-mind reasons. Warranty replacements are provided without new engraving unless the defect is in the engraving itself.
4. What's Not Covered
The LovePicker warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not:
Natural aging & environment
- Tarnishing, patina, or minor dulling over time
- Dust, fingerprints, or buildup from display
- Fading from light exposure, humidity, or temperature changes
Physical damage
- Dropping, impact, crushing, bending, or scratches
- Damage from pets, accidents, or unstable display surfaces
Chemical exposure
- Damage from perfumes, cleaning sprays, oils, alcohol, or non-LovePicker cleaning products
Timing issues
- Glass or acrylic breakage reported more than 7 days after delivery
- Shipping damage not reported within 48 hours with photos
Other exclusions
- Loss or theft
- Cosmetic variation natural to real roses (slight asymmetry, visible veins)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
5. Shipping & Processing for Warranty Claims
The warranty covers craftsmanship — not shipping costs.
U.S. customers: You ship the item to us (tracked and insured). A flat $15 processing & return shipping fee is collected before we send your replacement back.
International customers: You ship the item to us. We provide a return shipping quote before sending your replacement.
LovePicker is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us. Please use a tracked, insured service.
6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
No registration required. To file a claim:

Received your rose as a gift? Ask the person who bought it for their order confirmation email or the email address they used at checkout — this is all we need to locate the original purchase and honor the warranty.
7. Proof of Purchase
Required for all warranty claims:
- LovePicker order confirmation email, or
- Order page from your LovePicker account, or
- For gifts: the buyer's name and email address used at checkout
Can't find your order? Contact us with your name and any email addresses that may have been used. We'll do our best to locate it. Bank statements alone are not sufficient.
8. Frequently Asked Questions
Does my rose need to be registered for the warranty to apply?
No. Registration is optional and only speeds up future claims. Your warranty is active from the moment you receive your rose.
What if my rose was a gift and I don't have the receipt?
The warranty is transferable. As long as we can locate the original order — using the buyer's name or email — you're covered.
How long does a warranty replacement take?
Once we confirm the defect and receive the item (if inspection is required), we process and ship your replacement within 5 business days.
Does the warranty cover roses purchased from third-party retailers?
The Lifetime Love Warranty applies to roses purchased directly from LovePicker. For roses purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer.
Is there a limit to how many times I can claim the warranty?
The Lifetime Love Warranty applies to the rose originally purchased. Once a rose has been fully replaced under warranty, the warranty for that specific rose is fulfilled.
